My Approach to Therapy:

• I believe therapy provides a way of connecting with your own internal strengths.  Therapy offers a supportive environment to explore problems or challenges you may be facing with the help of an experienced professional.  
• As an experienced professional, I work with you through the process, offering insight, acting as a map to guide you to where you want to be.
• Along the way you will learn tools and techniques to navigate through life's sometimes rough terrain. 
• Utilizing these tools will help you to feel empowered and start to see your true ability.  
• Several years of experience has taught me that you have the answers.  At times insecurities, conflicts, struggles and challenges make it difficult to find those answers.  Often it leads to feeling defeated and/or stuck.
